As with Baba stake, TMUS is a litle bit more complicated. Deutsche Telekom, majority owner of TMUS, holds ITM (structured) call options to buy SBG's TMUS shares. Thus 'At 145$ per share the T-Mobile Holdings totals 15.37 billion USD' is not 100% correct - difference is insignificant, though, but highlights the many complex structures.
